What the overnight run added to the model
- the roof
- eight windows
- nine rooms, checked against the official floor areas
- the site services plan — fence, paving, water, gas, sewer, electricity, septic tank
Two dormers and the roof over the WC wing are still not drawn.
What I did
- Put the elevations, the floor plan and the aerial shot into the model to compare against.
- Replaced my own four bad measurements with thirteen new ones.
- Photographed the kitchen and furnished it and the bedroom with our own furniture.
- Had the buildable area worked out for the new house — at least 1,058 m² remains, and the intended L takes 268 m².
